Kozee Refund and Exchange Policy

At Kozee, we want you to love your robe.  If you are not completely happy with your purchase, here's how we can help.

Returns & Eligibility 

  • You can return or exchange items that are unworn, unwashed and in their origianl condition with tags still attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refund or exchange.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  1. Email us at hello@kozee.co.nz with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  2. We'll provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • If you would like a different size or colour, simply let us know when initiating the return
  • Additional shipping costs may apply for exchanges, unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
